The FV series pairs a fourth-generation WPC core with a half-capped ASA surface and the FlowVeins brushed texture. Two profiles, six colors, and container-load supply from the manufacturer — with the test data to back it.

Flat Design — Half-Capped ASA Wall Cladding
The tighter profile for refined facade rhythms. A 150 mm exposed face with the FlowVeins brushed texture, engineered for residential and feature-wall applications where linear detail matters.

Siding Design — Half-Capped ASA Wall Cladding
The deeper, stronger section for larger facades and higher wind-load exposure. A 195 mm exposed face with matching texture — built for commercial exteriors and full-envelope projects.

Colour Life Outdoors
ΔE*ab 2.7 after 3,000 h UVA-340 exposure, grey scale 4, tested to ASTM G154 (SGS SDHL2407013318HI). Projected from that accelerated ageing result, colour retention exceeds 20 years outdoors. The commercial warranty period is issued separately and is shorter by design.

MOQ per Colour
Half a container per colour. The six standard colours can be combined within one container load, but each colour ordered must meet its own half-container minimum. Custom colours and custom grain patterns are quoted case by case — contact us to confirm before ordering.

Production Lead Time
30 days after order confirmation for standard colours. Custom colours, custom grain patterns and custom lengths are confirmed before the production schedule is fixed. Container delivery is booked as part of that schedule.
